Billy Dante

C(art)e Postale was a month long exhibition in collaboration with Limerick Institute of Technology. It was an experimental project engaging students with visual art in an interactive form through the use of postcards.

 

Each pack of 2 postcards, which consisted of 2 individual drawings (300 in total one-off pieces), students were invited to take a pack free of charge with the simple request that one postcard is return posted from the students home. This lead to an interesting collection of stamps from international students, who really embraced the idea.
